This week suppose to b the third post.. But i was buzy and totally forgot.. Well my journey not really good for pass two weeks.. With buzy day and no time for zumba and few days of cheating day... Huh so sad... Just rely on shaklee. But i still drop 1.5kg within these weeks... So my weight today is 85.5.. Still not achieve,my first target.. 0.5kg to go....

And this weekend gonna be the most challenge for me.. I got 3 kenduri for weekend... And spend 3days at Johor Bahru for friend's weding..

So we take a break until new year.. Visit LegoLand and UniversalStudioSimgapore.. Also visit Teluk Kemang when on the way back to KL.. Gonna tough right.....

After magrib.. We had our dinner at dipdip.. All about chocolate... We ordered waffle with chocolate topping and ice cream. Frankly speaking... It would be my last time here... Why?.. Well.. ? Because im not really chocolate lover and seriously expensive.. We have 2  waffles with ice cream, mocha ice blended and peach tea.. Total up was Rm 80.80... Huih.. The taste? Huhu too much cadburry... The use cadburry chocolate as their topping... It would be better if they change to dark chocolate...

Last friday i took halfday because i have a date with my friend to watch the WALKING WITH DINASOURS at 1 Utama. Actually we want to redeem our bowling voucher there and watch the IMAX movie. But unfortunately the parking was full. Myb becoz it was lunch hour and school break. So we decided to change the location to e-Curve. Easily we got the parking.


so.. we had luch at warungleko ...Leko is a Indonesian food. I give this Restaurant a full mark.. 5stars. Everytime we came here.. We will eat here....like other penyet restaurant... But it has some different here. You can choose your sambal level.. Not hot, medium or hot.. And variety of lauk.. Talapia goreng, iga penyet-ribs, ayam penyet, otot penyet, lele penyet-keli/catfish, bakwan-perut.. And so on...and it taste gooooood.. MUST TRY!!!!

So talk about the movie we suppose to watch IMAX or at least 3D, but no parking and e-Curve do not have 3D for this movie. So we watch the standart movie... We glad they dont have 3D because the movie was very boring.. Its really dissapointed..eventhough we are geologist...

Compared to FROZEN, its tooooo far..... We loved FROZEN... and will watch again... The ending was great... A love between sisters.. Highly recommend to watch with children.. 5tars to FROZEN.. The most memorable character is OLAF.. Its really sweet and cute! Especially when he dreaming about summerr...haahaha.. A SNOWMAN dreaming bout summer.. Ridiculous...

Hi, today is my Week 1 review. Well... im not going to paste my picture here.
with minimum zumba 3 times a week about 20 minutes and longer on weekends, exceed 45 minutes zumba workouts. Im trying to not skip my breakfast, lunch ad dinner. still take rice for my lunch and have protein for my dinner.

I drinks plain water minimum 3 liters a day, but mostly i took more... no creamer, caffeine, and less sweet drinks or foods like ice cream and cake.. but im still trying. I hope that i will not break my rules.

For dinner, i just make my own Nando's quarter Chicken. well it taste good...

Well... for that struggle week, i just drop 1 kg, and im glad that its dropped. however i think it's time to shape. not sure it is becoz of zumba or the Cinch Shaklee. The upper body looks shape faster than my lower body. I have a big thigh and buttock. I can easily wear my shirts and kurung.

Just feel that i think i have to workout more with focus on my thigh and buttock... squat maybe and sit up to flatten my belly.

For next week plan, i will make Green Apple Juice every morning. Lunch as usual and for dinner, i need to change my menu. Instead of chicken change it to fish or tuna salad.

Hahaha.. Just make my iphone 3gs looks brand new.. How??? Just change the front cover and battery.. Soon i will change back cover too.. With genius help from youtube.. Thanks to who create the video.. I just buy the battery and front cover from ebay and the result is walllahhh..

Well i don expect that to 'repair' my iphone is too easy.. Event the video just 25 minute i did for 2 hours but its worthy... Yeah!!! 

Look at that!! Looks new right!!!! Hehhe...
And my battery loog good too.. Not over running anymore!!

Masha-Allah.. Its sooooo good!!! I just use garlic sauce and hot sauce from Nandos.. 2 hours to marinate.. And another quarter i make 24 hours marinate. We'll see what is the difference...

This my diet time.. So i have check, quarter chicken takes about 100 calories? Im did not take carbo for lunch but i take the carbo for snack..its Jacobs weetameal.. Only take about 70 cal for 4 pieces..


Well.. Wish me luck for my weight loss programme.
