This morning was my first brisk walk. Im using my SAMSUNG NOTE III as assistant.. listening to my music and using S Health..

one of the Note III application .. i can record the steps and calculate the calories.. for my first tim brisk walking.. i succeed to get 3500 steps = 2.8 km = 162 CALORIES.

Its really help.. i hv plan.. hopefully i can finish 5000 steps tomorrow.. if at least i can maintain 3500 steps a day should be okay. But my goal is to make 10000 steps a day for a better health..
